All software, algorithms, analytics, reports, and platform features are the exclusive property of Robotron Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any component of the platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3. Data Handling and Privacy

• No Storage of Personal Data: We do not store, retain, or associate any uploaded MRI data with identifying information.
• Temporary Use Only: MRI data is processed only for the duration necessary to complete the analysis. All uploaded data is automatically deleted after processing is complete.
• No Data Usage: We do not use, analyze, or repurpose uploaded data for any secondary use, including research, training, or marketing.
• Anonymity: Users must ensure that any data uploaded is fully anonymized prior to submission.

4. Security Disclaimer

We implement industry-standard measures to safeguard data during processing. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that you are using this service at your own risk. We assume no liability for any data breach or unauthorized access that may occur.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robotron Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

By using this service, you waive any right to bring claims, lawsuits, or legal proceedings against Robotron Technologies, its officers, employees, or affiliates.
